    Resolution problem with 1366x768 TV

    Hello forum users,

I have a problem with my new Minix Neo x8-h box. In the first place i tested the box with a friends full hd tv, everything looked great and worked fine.

My own tv is a Philips model: 42PF7621D with WXGA display, with a 1366 x 768p resolution.
    Specs: http://download.p4c.philips.com/file...1d_10_pss_.pdf

The problem is that the top, bottom, left and right of the output is cut of. I think its a problem with the resolution and my tv does not have an option to scale and make it fit right.

I included an example image to show what i see on my tv.

Does anyone know a soltion for this?
    Thanks in regard!

You need to go to mboxsettings. There is a tab where you can adjust the screen.

I have already tried 720p and 1080p with different Hz.

Higher than 720 is not displayed at all, and also the lower resolutions are getting cut.

The tv also does not have an own option in its menu to make the incomming signal fit well. And i don't have this problem with other devices like a laptop and Dreambox tv decoder.

Select 720p resolution first. There is an option to scale the window to fit the screen. It is like a round shape icon. You can use that to fit the window to the screen.

Open mbox settings --- > Go to Display ---> Select Display Position. Here you will be able to adjust the screen to fit your monitor/TV
