And I could not make it work with touchscren monitor dell. Can anyone tell me which ROM I should install to make it work with a touchscreen?

These touchscreen monitors are only supported from the 3.10 kernel. Previous kernels detect five fingers as a single point. Unfortunately, we don't have a working a 3.10 kernel for the RK3066 devices, but the AML S802 tv boxes come with 3.10.33 so they have built-in support for touchscreen monitors. I've tested a Dell P2714T connected to a Tronsmart Vega and it works perfectly.
