Chipset RK3188 28nm Cortex-A9 Quad core Resolution issue

Got a new Rbox and when I connected it started flickering and when I adjusted to 720P its fine.

Please let me know is it the defective piece or we have some solution to fix it.

Different Kernel should be the solution.
