    Poor SNES Emulator Performance

SNES 9x EX+ is working, the framerate is poor however. Noticeable scrolling lag in Super Mario All Stars for example.

Super GNES is even worse with more lag and sound hickups.

Currently running Finless 1.9, SetCPU set to 1900 MHz and Performance Governor.

Is there a way to get SNES Emus running in the same smooth way like on my Google Nexus 7 2013 or Nexus 5?

I thought these AML Devices would have enough power.

    Thanks

Maybe something is not ok in the firmware. Or CPU cores get sleep. Are you using 60 hz display? Because that it is needed. Try setting franeskip 0 in snes9ex to see if helps.

Definetely these devices are good for emulation. I have a EM8 square BOX and everything runs great, even PSP or reicast. I use Trickster MOD to control CPU settings instead of SetCPU and I don't use any cpu patcher in case you wanna try.

Setting the S89 to 60Hz did the trick.

I was gonna say something must be wrong because mupen runs great on mine and if it can run n64, it should certainly be able to handle snes.
