this fw is like stanes one from 09.03 or not, diference plz?do u try stane fw for eny m8 date 03.09 , eny rom 04.09 vs stane 03.09?

To be honest I haven't tried it that much. I just try new roms in 2 problematic M8 boxes that I have which get a black screen after a few minutes of playback (possibly overheating). It did seem smooth in the menu and also no interlacing issue but that's about it. The screen still went black like every other rom so I stopped testing it.

In any case, I'm not interested in any Android roms because I'm waiting for a stable Linux one.

Its not stanes FW ... Kernel version 3.10.33 Sep 04...
Stanes Fw Kernel version was 3.10.53!

But the interlacing problems in last eny firmwares is just in XBMC, right? Becuase I use sopcast + acestream and no interlacing problems at all.

The downloaded file doesn't appear to contain a u-boot.bin file so what do I do?

Found it, its in the sd card maker file. But I have noticed it says m6.bin, should I change this to m8 or doesn't it matter?

And no matter how many times I run the sd cardmaker tool (two versions) the .bin file doesn't show on the card, is that normal or should I just copy it over?
