CS918 No Power

I just received my CS918, plugged in everything but there is no power when I push power button. (nothing happens at all)
Im thinking about doing Mask Rom Mode but I cant find any info on how to do it.

try to change adapter. For entering in mask mode u have to need power button starting to illuminate red in any case.

After that u maybe not need to use mask rom, mask rom is for soft bricked devices. But for mask rom u may read this: http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...l=1#post220435

Thanks for replying to my post but that is exactly what I did after I made this post and bam, device was working. Adapter that came with device was DOA, after reading some of the posts on this forum saying that adapter is piece of garbage because it doesn't provide steady amount of juice and that will make more problems, I decided to try universal adapter with 5v 2100A, adding custom heatsink and 5v fan, upgraded firmware and after that I didn't have any problems.
(device was turning off after couple of min before any upgrades)

Device was left running 24h while playing movies non-stop and there were no problems after the test was done.

Thanks again for your help and If i tried your advice before i did what i did, your advice would be spot on.
