The owner from Eternal told me that the JB N101 ROM should be released in the next week. She's normally quite helpful and have spoken to her on Skype and QQ quite a few times before.

So it will be an Elijah ROM? Or a official Yuandao ROM?
Or is there even a difference?
As for making a -2 ROM work on a -1, JellyBean is again a new kernel. So without a JB kernel for the -1 model, it's not going to happen. Trust me I spent a lot of time trying!

my tech issues are that although I am very impressed with the tablet , is does not run BBC i player videos , you tube is stop start, is there a fix?
I have no experience of flashing or modifying tablets as this is my first one.
can any one offer any guidance .
what would the benefits be of modifying ,ie updating the skinless bob rom etc? and how do i do all this?
I suspect after reading a few of the posts in the yuandao forum i may become far to interested in all this for my own good .

Mack, the latest youtube app from Google Play is know to have problems on MANY tablets.
See post #52 in this thread and download a older version that works
