SmartV S802B from Aliexpress - Any opinions or experience?

Hello, My post concerns an S802B, 2GB/8GB box. Shown here-->> http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Amlog...036951949.html
I do not mind the lack of BT or Dual-Band WiFi, nor the lack of h/w DTS. I am on a very strict budget, but would like an s802 unit with the 2GB/8GB configuration. However, I want something I can tinker with, and has an ongoing development path.
I wonder if there will be any developement done on this model, or are there existing ROMs that would work on it? Thanks for reading. -RISCy Dude

Hello, I assume nobody has this box yet. Selling for $64.49(USD) and free shipping. But they say price is an introductory deal, and only for a few more days. After that time it will be $15(USD) more. I am drawn to the S802B, 2GB/8GB. At this price point, seems pretty rare. Should I make the move? I would really appreciate some input from y'all.
