I got that when my nand chip failed on my tablet. You may need to put it into mask rom mode. short answer: you may need to short the memory chip between the 7th and 8th pins. Quick search around here should give you the long answer.

Lewys firmware for Q7 is JB so different loader I presume.

did you try to hold restore button to see if old firmware re-load?

I have tried the link you sent me. however it gets stick on booting screen is that because of loader?
Can you please give me some instructions how to do it?
First you put boot loader then new firmware?
