Time is Money

For those complaining lets get a few facts correct. He has been developing the roms without a box and travelling to his mates to test them. he codes then tests them and spends a shit load of time sorting them.
Peopledo benefit for his work and make money because if it. I am one of those people that benefit from his rom I sell boxes here in the uk. Reason why I am donating him a box give something back. If you find it hard to understand that time is Money - Money is time then you need your head checking.

Look at the lack of support these boxes have, even finless gave up on them, there are other roms correct if you have issue go use them nobody is forcing you to use his rom.

Look at it this way you graft all day working away and someone else picks up the cheque would piss me off also.

at least 3 rom planned thats what $10.00 a rom, then again you have acemax now you can use their ROMS.

maybe you should sit behind a pc all day 12 to 16hrs day so other people can profit from.

I think it reasonable and it helps with servers and development.

First of all I’d like to thank you all for your support, and also Freaktab. A lot of my time has gone into developing ROMs and tweaks over time with very little funding, apart from Freaktab who offered me a replacement box.

Unfortunately it has been a process I’ve been thinking about ever since some members decided to share my ROMs on their own behalf within PM’s or public posts of links and forums.
So I have come up with memberships there will be 3 plans:

1. Free Register – entitles you to all my public release ROMs.
2. Flashaholic & Supporter – entitles you to my latest ROMs that free registered people do not have access to.
3. Box Sellers – allows you to flash unlimited boxes with my latest ROMs (can add Your Logo on the animation if supplied allow 48hrs).

My blog will be automated, when you sign up you get access to download links, paid subscriptions get access to the latest non-public releases.

10% would get donated back to Freaktab for their continual support & kindness in the past.
There is also ticket system on my blog if you have issues downloading, so this would be kept off Freaktab technical forum as the admin and moderator don’t have anything to do with it (and don’t want to hear you’re nagging). Any nagging on forum will also be also banned for not abiding to this. Ticket system allow upto 48hrs for reply.

All technical related questions would continue to be posted on Freaktab forums, keeping the information available for all helps everyone.

Anyone caught sharing accounts would be banned automatically from the blog and forfeiting all membership paid subscriptions for not abiding to the terms and conditions, there is a system in place that will auto detect when using VPN services, Tor etc, any breaches will not be tolerated.

I have 2 to 3 ROMs planned over a 4 to 6 week period.

If you don’t like it, don’t subscribe, simple as that (few rotten apples spoils the barrel)

This is absurd. I hope others follow and ditch this.. This is asking payment for your Roms. I've donated $10.00 US and my girlfriend donated $5.00 US and in no way would I pay $30 for 3 months. JustMe this is greedy and it really shows where you stand in building Roms for these devices.

No other developer asks for payment, especially $30 for 3 months. You should be ashamed and now I'm boycotting anything you develop. I will make sure the number of friend's and family I had introduced to your Roms boycott as well. You're taking advantage of the community and of all Android users.

This is not donation, this is payment for your Roms. Get off your high horse. You are rude and disrespectful to most who ask questions anyway and now it's time others take stand against your nonsense.

max cpu speed

Hi all
I've been using the 1.5b Justme rom for the last few weeks and it works very well, night and day compared to the stock rom.

Whilst playing around with the cpu temp app found it running at 81c during an antutu test with 60c at idle... installation of a mini fan inside the case brings this down to 54c/44c. Running xbmc it now maxes at 48c instead of 70 ish.

I did notice that the cpu speed is locked at 1608 mhz regardless of temperature and further digging within boot.img > init.amlogic.board.rc saw that it was the max ( finally to the q )

Has anyone modified their boot.img to increase cpu speed? either by editing or one of the cpu fixers.

I have never tried 1.6b,can't download it.I am using linux build at the moment but only had it for a day now so Don't know how good it is yet!

Have you managed to get ace stream/p2p working with Linux??
