They are very helpful, release firmware updates, quality products and their new RK3288 Box already had 5 firmware updates and Android/Linux dual boot firmware.

Beelink/mbox, they are 'beta' boxes, users still report issues, test it for the manufacturer, I will stay away. Also their boxes shape are ugly.

Eny EKB328, stay away, DDR/ROM chips almost 3 times slower than other manufacturers.

The only UK seller that I know of that had tended to import devices direct from the manufacturers and has a good reputation is Futeko.

They are getting stocks of the Bluetimes Qpro this week.

How this particular RK3288 stacks up to others out there right now I don't know.

You can also buy anywhere within the EU and have the same kind of buyer protection.

Ugoos sell their UT3 direct from the EU but you will pay a premium for it.
