You mean your PC? Maybe use a w7 (or better a xp) on a usb-pen-drive and boot you pc with it...

it would be 1000% easier if I had it in zip format I see these files in zip or img format all the time so im figuring it cant be that hard to do or it might be out there somewheres

What about the 1GB with the RTL871x Wifi

Sorry, for sidetracking the thread, but anyone could create a custom rom for the older 1GB version? Last time I've asked I found out no one really care, but as the RTL871x is a common chip will it be possible to add the driver for it? While I am working with Unix I do not dare to risk of bricking my precious little box

Guys i have an mx3 and came wit 109 fw by oman .. its is stuck at boot ... mbox logo .. any idea how i can solve this .. i recieved the box 5 days ago from geekbuying . So im assuming its the newer batch ...
