Hey AFan. I will get straight to the point: I was making the transition from RileyRom to yours (being that it seemed as if he let Sero 8's development roll on over completely to you) and I made the mistake of not wiping the tablet before going to install yours. Well, initially, it seemed as if it worked without an issue until I ran into said issues. Well, to fix them, I went on and wiped my tablet to reinstall your rom and have, indeed, reinstalled. Now I am stuck at your "android firmware" loading screen and am drawing blanks on necessary steps of rectifying this issue. What do you suggest?

Good day, AFan. Do you think you can help me with an issue? My tablet's (Sero 8, of course) battery meter has been getting stuck at random numbers. Naturally, I have done some research before coming to you but I really wanted to see if you have any knowledge of this issue, its origin and how to rectify it. Any help from anyone else would be equally appreciated, of course.

I have done some trial & error of my own, along with a bit of research, and found that I could wipe the dalvik cache with this rom's provided recovery software and physically delete batterystats.bin in the data/system folder. Calibrating literally does nothing, for me, as well. Give that a try and see how it works. Still testing if this is a lasting fix or not (whilst STILL trying to find the cause D:<). Being that I am pretty much technologically challenged, I can't provide anything beyond that, on my own. xD

Battery Issue
I also had a battery problem similar to what Dostov and Vayne experienced. I tried many different things to fix it, many internet searches, but no luck.
After reading Dostov's post #84, and since I never had this problem with the RileyROMs over 3 months (nor with the original oem rom), I decided to go back to the latest RileyROM: The problem is gone, the battery is working as it should since I reflashed the RileyROM 1.3 about 10 days ago.
@AndroidFanatic, I'd like to thank you for your efforts. If for any reason you provide an updated version of your rooted rom I will absolutely give it a try.
