Snake, take the CWM from my 9G2 Gingercomb ROM and use that. It should do zips, etc.

if it was working with the previous rom sow yes than its now working too with this version

yes with a normal cwm zip.
but for now just unpack the zip and take the apk's to system/app and reboot

Have tried but the installer doesn't seem to work with touch input on my 9g2. I rebooted into recovery mode and selected install from zip, selected the zip file I downloaded but was unable to select anything. I tried pressing the hardware keys but only the power button seems to work. Any ideas?

ok wait maybe if whe get lucky works my aroma installer on your tablet.

All in all it's looking good. I can't however install the calibration.zip as the 9g2 doesn't have volume keys. Is there a way around this?

joehoew finally someone understand this.
just test if all the hardware works. and if the touchscreen from cwm works too.
i heard that this tab not have volume hardware buttons and there are no buttons on the bottom panel :what:

All this things are in the aroma installer in the future .like the rom for the 10b g3.
its just the same.
you can install all this stuff with the aroma installer.
not everyone use this.

Yes dont remove the stock browser. In fact google voice search speifically calls the stock browser and will not work without it.

I think stock browser is needed for some apps. For example quick ics browser doesn't seem to work anymore. I have a feeling that it uses stock browser components but can't be 100% sure to be honest.
