Internet via USB through PC?

So how would I solve this issue?

I have a Polaroid PMID701iX10. I have a laptop that connects to a network via cable. The network has no WiFi. Is there a way I can use a USB connection to connect the tablet to the laptop and share the network through the laptop?

Is there some software I can install on the tablet or laptop or both to enable this?
