Nooob - couple of questions

Hi I've just got a cube U30GT - H
It's on ics firmware v1.03 our the box. How do I update it to jellybean? I've searched about a few forums and can't really find a step by step guide

Also my Xperia S fone is rooted so I sent the talk.apk to my cube. It installs, then opens, then I can log in and everything works ok etc, apart from it doesn't appear in my app drawer!? Any ideas y?

My rooted Rom is jb.

Is it based on the latest cube firmware in which the sd issues are supposed to be fixed?

Slatedroid has a step by step for flashing by Jezzer http://www.slatedroid.com/topic/3352...-instructions/... it is good for any ROM install.
