    Help Identify box and solution to problem please

    Hi guys, first time poster and newbie.
    I have a JadooTV3 box with me. It is not sending any signal to the TV. It remains ON with both lights constantly until you pull the power. No response to the remote (example: turning it off doesn't work).

    There is a small mark on the CPU that looks like something missing. Please let me know what the problem might be and is it fixable? Thanks...
