Set factory tool to default to English

OK so the new factory tool 1.35 defaults to Chinese. Here is how you fix that so when you run it the default is in English.

1) In the tool folder find the file config.ini. Open in in Windows note pad NOT WORD!
2) Look for this at the beginning of the file and change Selected to a 2.
[Language]
Kinds=2
Selected=2
LangPath=Language\

Save the file and your done
