Not sure what i am doing wrong but my MK908II with an under-clocked T processor is still only reporting 1400~mhz after i tried re-flashing from stock to Finless 1.6 and selecting an OC kernal as well as Finless 2.0 with a D33 3.0 kernal. Am I missing a step somewhere? CPUz shows processor and GPU @ stock speeds 1400/400. Also tried setcpu and no option to go higher than 1400...

using D33 kernel you should be at 1.6ghz, if the rom your using has a kernel embedded in boot the stick will use that one regardless of what is flashed in kernel partition. Try veclinux rom with d33 v4 kernels
