Tronsmart S89 random playback issues in XBMC

Hello,

I have a Tronsmart S89 running XBMC (Oman 13.2) and playing back movies from a network NAS to a Plasma TV over HDMI (SPDIF audio pass-through to AV receiver):

I am having random playback issues.

• During playback movies randomly stop and have to be resumed (can be resumed from previous time).
• Yesterday I watched Enemy and the movies finished without the final (critical scene) and was marked as watched I have to manually start playing again and skip to the last scene.
• For TV show EXTANT I get black screen between scenes for up to 5 seconds.

Is anyone else experiencing playback issues?

Make sure that these problems are with the player and not the video files. I remember downloading extant and I am pretty sure those gaps are in the file itself. I'm not 100%, but I think they are.
