Sorry I cannot do that. Minix asked me nicely not to as if I do that then it will work on other devices too.

There also are other XBMC versions available, that works almost the same as the Minix version...

What about helping or adding full support for the Minix-A2-Remote "Gyroscope" function, that is currently not working on the X8-H?

Although it is an isolated simple problem, could you help us or can do something, so the X8-H would use all the A2 Functions (Gyroscope, Mic and Speaker), as it happens already on the X7?

Known issue and even Minix cant fix it!
AML only allows one remote config and even if you set that up, it doesn't work.

May be that explains why MINIX is so quiet and has said nothing about these problems!

I have recently bought a A2-Remote, and since it never worked, I have been complaining without success at the Minix-Official-Forum:

I really don't understand why they don't accept once and for all, and confirm that the A2-Remote is not fully supported on the X8-H units?

Do you have or know of any additional information, about this topic, before I decide to return my A2-Remote to the seller where I bought it?

My x8 often boots into a really low resolution and I have to reboot it again to get the regular 720p resolution. This never happened on a previous beta. Does this make sense to you, Finless? Has anyone else experienced this?

I haven't had that happen, but I'd suggest going into the display settings and changing from auto detect to whatever resolution you want. That may fix that issue.

I've been on this tweaker for a couple weeks, and I just started getting a strange issue with XBMC. It brings up the feed, but only the audio plays. The screen is black. I read someone was getting this on SPMC, but I'm on the XBMC that comes with the rom.

Has anyone else gotten this?

I had that problem with SPMC, but switched to the Minix version and that worked fine. So I thought it was a problem with SPMC since that just got an update. Now I'm curious if it is something else.

had no problems with Minix xmbc - there was definitely a problem with Spmc which was being investigated with blank video - please note that Minix have released a new beta XBMC which sounds promising and hopefully a final firmware update when Amlogic pull their finger out of their a*s . LOL

I sold my X7 and im thinking of buying the X8-H.
Can someone confirm that Passthrough audio works?
I will be using xbmc and except to get DD/DTS 5.1, if it works i would like to know if anyone has tested DTS-HD (uncompressed audio) if someone could test it i would be thankful.
