Jellybean and Flash......?

Ok so Android are moving away from flash player and going to html5 hence why you can't find flash player in the play store anymore.
But how do we now use it/apps/web pages that require it? Is there an html5 app we need instead or is it built in? Or will it simply just not work?

I'm trying to find a proper answer to the question so many people ask

There is a Adobe flash player version on XDA tha works on JB, I install it on my cube u30gh and my HTC ego lte ruining JB and work perfect. Don't have the link of the app. On XDA but downloaded here off my googledrive and install the app the same way you install any app. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B4SA...VPZEVJdGM/edit

Tell him no to the letter but that you can be contacted for a reference.When they call, if they ask you if youd hire him again which they will answer probably not and thatll be that.

Can I refuse the reference for anyone or does it have to be a particular person before flash starts working on my tab?

FYI if your using Chrome browser remember to go into browser settings and turn on "plug-ins" or Flash will not work in Chrome.
