Play TV on android box?

Hi all, I have play tv for the ps3 which plugs in and turns it into a freeview recorder. I've read that the box can be used on a pc as a tv tuner with different programmes. Is there any way of using it on an android box?

No this would still need the pc and I just want to us the android box. Thanks anyway
