How Do You Flash Roms On The Polaroid PMID 4311?

When the new roms for the Polaroid PMID 4311 come out I want to put one on my PMID 4311 to see if that will cure the problem of it connecting to the wifi here at home. How on earth would I do that? Wanting to find out so when the rom comes out I can do it. And hopefully not brick it. Thanks to whoever has the info.

Are you sure it's 4.0.7? My tablet use the KF006 firmware dated August, and it says 4.0.4 in the infos (how to take a screenshot on the tablet?!?)
