First install sambadroid apk from google play (device has to be rooted). Start apk and setup shared folder (add shares or manage shares), click on options, and click bootstart option. Click on start and that's it. On tv screen you have info about local address. Now click start on windows, then run. Type exactly same local ip, including backslash and hit enter. Your shared folder should be opened. You can add shortcut to your desktop, like i did, but first must setup static ip for android mini pc. Then after reboot address is the same, and sambadroid will autostart. You just need to click on the shortcut created on desktop. I also have 2 TB drive, works great.
