Please recommend me a box

I've had the original boxee box and it still works well but it has started showing its age specially with no support.

Nexus player piqued my interest, but noticed that it is very restricted. I have been researching about minix but I want the best device that can at last me at least 2 years. Here is what I need it to do:

1. Lollipop compatible (I love the Android TV launcher and would like a box which I can upgrade once lollipop arrives)
2. Support Plex (Again I love the interface and want to use it over XMBC)
3. Two bluetooth headsets (Me and my wife would like to use our bluetooth headphones simultanesouly. We have a monoprice multistream transmitter to connect with 3.5 audio out, but would prefer if this feature is built-in so we don't have to turn on/off the transmitter all the time)
4. VPN support to enable Netflix US and Amazon Prime videos. (From Canada and have Hotspot Elite VPN, so would like to watch Netflix US and Amazon Prime Videos)
5. Air Mouse (Support for the best air mouse possible as I would like to minimise clutter. A recommendation for an airmouse will be great to).

I am willing to spend around $300 if I can get all those features.

These are pretty powerful and should be a little future proof, many connections that aren't found on sticks, air mouse, touchscreen support out of the box, etc.
