jelly bean succesfully ported !!!!!

    EXT4 is usually larger due to journaling. So good chance when you make a new system.img you will have to make it even larger and THEN! You must adjust the parameter file to compensate for the larger system.img.

    I will see if I can make a boot.img and system.img EXT4 now.

    As for battery icon. I doubt it is the kernel but will take more experamentation of SMALI and possible XML file changes. This I may not be able to help with much without this device but I can look. I did it once for the 7G2 so maybe

    Stay tuned for a EXT4 boot and sys.

        Well the good news is this will boot on my 10g2 using a telecast kernel. So at least I can test EXT4 and recovery.

              FYI. I've been talking to PlayerSlayer on another thread about cooking kernels for this tab. He is just learning, but has a kernel to try. I just don't really know what more to tell/ask him.

                ok just got back running you know i tried that other jellybean last night and when i went to flash the cm9 i could not get the tablet to be seen by the flash tool at all no matter what i tried , so i ended up having to reinstall the drivers then all was fine . so i flashed the cm9 and it tried to boot at first then locked up the tablet nothing worked i thought oh shit, so i finally got it to boot then the same thing randy went through no touch screen i used my mouse , no good . flash back to the jellybean we're testing and all is fine . i'm not trying the cm9 anymore .i'm back to this jellybean for now .
