You can easily change it in settings. But I know its hard to read stuff in settings when you cant read the language..gif "FacePalm")
Look for the A icon in settings and it should get you there.

go to your build prop and look for ro.product.locale.language change to en then ro.product.locale.region , change to US yes capital i also changed persist time zone to America/Los_Angelesfreaktab art developer if you like my work please buy me a pepsi

ok been playing around for awhile now so far no bugs to report ,i've tried just about everything on the tablet it all seems to work right .this thing has ALOT of system apps .got rid of alot that i would NEVER use .so far after first boot ,it boots back up relatively quick. after changing language it was much easier ,have not tried wifi range .but it has not dropped it or anything .anyway once snake gets this polished up i think we got a nice one here..gif "HELL YEA!!")

Here's something I was working on for the jellybean ,if you would like you can use it for the rom it's just basic right now ,but flows really nice during the animation. Here's a screen shot.
