you just need to google it like latest iptv list or something and you download ready made text that has the adresses. except I dont know how to apply it in which file or format and which extension does it work with is it flv or m3u8

No, Not my first rom.With Logitech devices arme great.No problem with my Ugoos Ut3 Bad my Cozywan S-400.

Think manufacturer locked your bootloader.
You can only flash signed firmware from manufacturer.
Unfortunately manufacturer doesn't release decent firmware or fix problems.

And is the default parameter file, the right file for my device?

Try to flash the whole ROM again, but use this misc.img file instead.

Then try flashing your stock kernel,resource.img back for wifi and compatibility.
If this doesn't work, the manufacturer of your device might be causing some problems, they locked their firmware on their AMLogic boxes so you can't use it on other boxes or clones and also not other firmware on their boxes. Maybe the same is happening now.

Okay, I try to flash the device again but it stucks at 100% Test ("Test Device(100%)") and can't close it :-(

Did it also work on other ROM's or this this the first one you tried?
Added lots of webcam support to the kernel, but most webcams,keyboards supposed to work on other ROM's also.

Yes, will work.
But fan might not work. To make the fan work you have to use kernel.img and resource.img from your UGOOS ROM. There is also an extra setting you need to enable in my ROM to make fan and LED work, will post it later.

How to install this ROM to Beelink R89? I tried flashing it as you provided but did not pass HPH loading screen.
