stock rom upgrade available

i have the stock rom 108k4. checked the wireless updater and it infomed me that there is a upgrade. the info is in chinese. it upgraded. (no problem.) it rebooted. now 109k4. i have the launch3 as base. the icons at the bottom, that i changed were changed. if you remove the icons, the correct ones are under them. i just removed them. that is the only problem so far.

And have all your previous applications and setting not changed?

I do not think it wise to jump on the new rom just yet,108 seems to be fine for the moment and I am not a tronsmart fan anyway .I will wait and see if the new 109 rom is buggy or not.these roms are hit and miss.

Not sure what you guys are talking about, 109 has been out for a few weeks now. Finless rom 2.0 is based off of it.

The official tronsmart 109 has not been available until now.
It is still not available on their website only via the OTA (wifi update)

i found that the xbmc is removed and reinstalled. ( i used bob's 2.0 xbmc. that one was replaced.)

i also tried to see if i could restore to an earlier version.
will not do that.
get error and it reboots back into rom that is installed.

could not get the unit to go into recovery by the pin in the av slot.
had a reboot app, that could do it. but would not change.
the boot loader must have been changed.

i have not found any of the program that i have on the system, not to work.
well, except for the crackle app. but that one has not worked before.
i leave it on the system so when upgrade is available, i can check to see if it works.

the system update, runs a program that says optimizing programs. after the upgrade is done.

i found that the system runs at about 70c.
antutu, ran it twice. stuff maybe running. like anti-virus and firewall.
first time. sayed 40xxx
second time sayed 38xxx
