Changing Minix X8-H (rooted/stock) Model Name

Hello all

How/where do I change the model name/id on a rooted stock X8-H. I can access build.prop but am not convinced this is where I should make the change as the current Model is NEO-X8 but the UI shows NEO-X8H which makes me think the setting is elsewhere.

I have seven of the X8 - being used as digital signage and I would like for them to be individually identifiable by model name.
