You need to be more specific about your situation.
Are you using the factory stock firmware...or have you flashed a custom ROM?
If you've flashed a RileyROM, please post these questions on the particular ROM thread for the ROM you've flashed. If you have flashed v1.7, try going back to 1.6 and see if you get the same error.Randy

I try to change language to Hebrew and then I get this message and I stuck, can't use the tablet to do nothing
