Twingro NL17 - cheapest XBMC Player?

I was wondering, why there is no community about the Twingro NL17

it has the amlogic 8726-M3 chip and 1 GB ram, so it is the same SOC like the pivos Xios but the later cpu version and 1GB instead of 512 MB. so when XBMC is working on Pivos XIos it should be even faster on the NL17. Additionally it has a LAn-Port, optional DVB-T and a audio out. Why is there no community about that?
