Yesterday I've installed wasser with an extra kernel.
Wifi and BT works, Netflix and first 1080p-tests as well

    ROM:
    I use "wasser-firmware-kr42-new-1.0.4.img", flashed with RkBatchTool v1.7 -> Restore.

    Kernel:
    "kernel_KK_v4.2.5_TVSTICK_AP6210-Alt_HD.img" from "AP6210-Alt", flashed with RkAndroidTool v1.37

I'm not really sure whats the difference between wasser old and new.
I've tested a lot of ROM's and Kernels, this was the only working combination.

    HowTo:
    1.) Open RkAndroidTool
    - 2x [EraseIDB]
    2.) Open RkBatchTool
    - select ROM image
    - [Restore]
--> Device will reboot, wait until the Android booted.
--> At this time there is no Wifi/BT but video playback should be fine.
3.) Power Off and Re-Connect Device
    4.) Open RkAndroidTool
-unselect all lines except the Kernel.
-change the line to look like this:
    0x00004000 kernel C:\Path\to\your\kernel.img
    - [Run]
    Finish!
