Warning: "v3" Firmware update appears to remove root.

For the first time ever, "su" failed in an adb shell. The recovery image also appears to have "issues" because I couldn't boot into recovery.

Also, the MD5sum of the firmware I downloaded did not match the one on the web page, though it did extract successfully.

next time, I install CWM before the update so I can get back where I started...

The entire rom is odex'ed as well. I did manage to get root by a round about method. I disassembled the rom and rebuilt it with CWM recovery instead of the evb recovery that it came with. I used ImgRepacker to disassemble the image file and to rebuild it. I am investigating a method on how to De-odex the rom.
