A working MK802IIISB with AP6210 just seems slightly out of reach. Grrrr.

The only ROM where I have been able to get the bluetooth to actually be functional is the original 140312 ROM from Rikomagic and of course that is so massively bloated that even SPMC 13.3.3 gets massively framey.

I can use the hybrid Finless 2.1 MK808B with the proper kernel substituted trick, and get WIFI working no problem. But then no bluetooth keyboard will work. They connect but nothing happens when you type anything.

Same goes for the UG007ii KITKAT rom which supposedly works on this unit. WIFI once again works, but bluetooth is still busted.

Going back to the stock ROM fixes bluetooth no problem, but once again makes SPMC/XBMC a framey mess.

Anyone got any ideas on what I could do to make this a useable unit?

Getting everything working just seems so tantalizingly close but I just cant seem to reach it.

If I have too, Ill toss it and get another MK902 which I really like but I really would like to try and avoid blowing another $120.

Thank you so much for doing that.

I work second shift so I am going to have to wait until later tonight to give it a try.

One of these days I'm going to have to try putting 900supersports kitchen on my Fedora machine and try doing some of this kind of work myself.

            Drat. No go.

It formatted data and cache, then just sits at the RKM logo.

It doesn't ever get to the bootanimation.

It's difficult to do it without the device so i can test....Try one last thing. Flash again and check the kernel box in the flashing tool...This img is wierd. It had the kernel in the boot and the kernel partition. Its in one or the other usually. If you would like you can send me the device with a return slip and i will make it work better if checking the kernel box doesn't work. I foolishly didnt patch that kernel. So if it boots i will send you a new patched kernel.

Ill give some things a shot, but before I start sending things around, Ill probably just replace it with another MK902. I have an MK902 in another room and like it a lot.
