Sorry, I have no more ideas about what the problem could be. It should be something with the router settings.

Re: [Pipo Project] M6 Pro
The WiFi 4.2.2. works perfectly with arctablet ROM. With 4.4.2 you do not activate it, stays in "activating WiFi". not think it is router problem because they are not active. Can you think of anything else? thanks for your help

The kernel_pipo_stock.img works fine. This is the same with 1.1. I would like to thank you all for sharing your hard work!
Here is tutu with "normal" (not HD) display:

I would advise that only an experienced user make any attempt at flashing a different loader.bin. Make sure you know how to unbrick your tablet before charting untested waters.
Many times a new loader.bin file is designed to fit a particular combination of hardware components (similar to the kernel).
Thanks for sharing your discovery, but experimenting with loader.bin's isn't for the casual ROM flasher.
I would like to hear your results if you have tested it.

I would say every word from Randy is correct as usual. The nice thing from FreakTab is the freedom of choice. Of course it is not easy for noobs to decide which ROM or kernel they should begin with but for this trial and error phase is the forum here. I really miss Giouncino's kernel patches too, or at least the freedom to patch the kernel myself. Would be nice from maakie to compile uncompressed kernels too. I could make some "unlucky" CPU's.

Let me mention that results may vary on these compiled kernels.
The reason is that some tablets, if bought used or refurbished have different parts inside.
We've found on the M7 Pro, for instance that some tablets have different touch panels that map out opposite from the stock version, so the axis is reversed. That's been a challenge in early testing until we figured out that not all tablets are exactly the same. I think the plan is to make a kernel for each variation...and it's up to the user to determine which one will work best for them.
Also, there are different PCB versions within the same model...which Pipo decided to change a part...requiring a different kernel setting/driver.
Please keep this in mind while testing these kernels and consider the source you got your tablet from.
We also coined the term "lucky" and "unlucky" CPU's with regard to their ability to handle overclocked kernels. This was particularly prevalent on the M6 Pro for some reason. I think Giouncino was the one who came up with that classification system.Although, now...he's gone over to the dark side and traded his M6 Pro for an MTK Cube tablet....
I compare this situation to a doctor prescribing medicine. The doctor knows what the medicine is supposed to do...and the proper dosage to prescribe, but until the patient actually takes the medicine...no one really knows how they will react to it.
