[PIPO P4][Riley Rom 2.0] screen ¿¿¿¿random??? locks

First of all thanks to all specially to Mr. Riley

Its my first post in this forum, as I received the tablet yesterday and straight forward i flashed.


I see a strange behaviour, the tablet "randomly" locks the screen.
I say randomly because it looks a bit like that.

My feeling is that when the tablet switches (for example in a game from the loading screen to the game itself) it got locked.
As i had changed the unlock screen to pattern, i need to draw it to get back, and even sometimes it gets locked again and i need to redraw.

I like to play Clash of Clans, the game starts with the SUPERCELL logo, when it ends loading and shows the game, it locks (that is what i calling "switch").

Also happens sometimes when i change from horizontal to vertical.

Im not sure if this can be due to my hand passing in front of any sensor, looks a bit like if i was closing the cover, so the screen locks.
Does the pipo has this sensor? if yes, where is it? next to the camera? (i see two sensors there, the camera and something else) can i cancel this autolock somehow to check if this is the reason?

I have a magnetic cover too. The small magnets in the centre don't cause a problem but the long magnetic strip on the left side where camera is will trigger screen off from front or when wrapped around to back of tablet. If you're aware of it you can fold it back on itself so it doesn't cause a problem, so I still use the cover.

I tried a lot of things to disable this magnetic sensor, but unfortunately nothing seems to work.
My guess is this is because the required functionality is not implemented in the ROM/drivers.
Is it maybe possible to implement this in a feature ROM?
I'm talking about a setting to disable the sensor or otherwise at least the availability to his file:
/sys/module/lid/parameters/enable_lid
So that i can manually set the value or use this xposed module: http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.d...osed.magnetoff.

On top of that i now put the tablet upside down in the cover, which disables the magnet functionality too. I used Automate to try and restore smart cover functionality based on light sensor. But unfortunately this sensor gets disables when screen is locked. Only way to let it enabled is by using a Partial Wake Lock which keeps CPU enabled all the time. As this will eat a lot of battery it is not a usefull replacement
So when this light sensor will be kept enabled without using a lot of battery power, it is also an alternative. Don't know if this can be made possible in a feature ROM?
