After upgrading to 900supersport firmware, the touchscreen dont work anymore

Is this a coincidence ?

It was working normally, and then it simply dont work anymore

I flashed normally the 1.8m use it a little and then put it to charge.

When i woke up and used the tablet, the touch wasnt working anymore

I had a touchscreen problem after flashing an other ROM. The problem appeared on first boot after flashing. I had to send my tablet back to China for warranty.

Since your tablet worked fine for some time after flashing, and failed later, IMHO it is not related to flashing this ROM, and it may be a hardware failure coincidence.

In my case, it stopped working right afert flashing : on first boot it was not working, in recovery it was not working, with any rom it was not working. It's suspected that the kernel that was with the rom i flashed messed with the touch screen firmware/config.

That's why i think your problem and mine are not the same, as in your case it stopped working after a while after using 900supersport's rom fine, not right after flashing it.

I bet you are right.
If is just a controller software issue and we are reading Lepi's post http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...l=1#post248433 this will be solved.
I'm afraid @Douglaster have a hardware issue... as i understand touchscreen has worked properly for a period of time after 900supersport firmware update and that wasn't a firmware issue or bad flashing.
