Kodi 14.0 beta2 crash

Hi. Has anyone success playing videos with current betas/nightlies of Kodi 14.0? It's always crashing on my mk808 with prahjister's 1080p kernel/rom.

Use SPMC...I havent tried this yet

Yes, SPMC is running really great. But I wanted to check out Kodi 14.0 now that it is getting closer to the final release. Of course I expect some bugs ...but I did not expect video playback not working at all.

Have you tried the latest nightly, released a day after beta 2, no crashing for me. Played avi, mkv and 4K videos and works normal on RK3288.

No did the beta 2 from site do you have link to the nightly I'll try that one.

Also completely remove the previous Kodi first and restart your device.
Also try switching Mediacodec, Libstagefright Hardware Acceleration in Settings, that might be causing the crash.

Current nightlies (beta3 and later) seem to work on mk808 with both libstagefright and mediacodec enabled. However 720p is lagging a bit. SPMC is better.
