How to know pcb version before buying?

Hi. I am planning on getting a Beelink or Ubox (still haven't chosen between the two).
I know there are different versions of the PCB and from what I understand the newest is version 3. Is there any way to know before purchasing it or is it just a crapshoot?

I doubt most sellers know, and if they did I'd wonder if they were being honest or not in order to push the merchandise.

Order beelink r89 from geekbuying. Got mine last week v3 PCB. All stock is v3 now.

I'm sure that you already know the right answer to your question . Yes, there is no 100% safe way to know which PCB will you get. But probably from 24-28 October every new stock in shops should be PCB v3.0. Of course there might be some leftovers with PCB v2.0 but it should happend only in smaller and not so well known shops. Right now only sure shop with confirmed inventory of R89 PCB 3.0 devices from many sources is Geekbuying.com

The answer may well have been answered elsewhere, although I haven't seen it yet if it has but can anybody confirm the differences between the 2 PCB revisions and it's implications for those with v2?

No one explained in detail but what is known that there were changes on PCB in SD card slot and eMMC chip area. What for? I realy don't know but one can be certain that it should increase stability or speed or both.

Hui, how can you tell that it is V3, I am thinking of buying one myself and it's a lot less expensive at Aliexp.
