NEED HELP PLAY STORE DOWNLOAD MANAGER APK NEEDED

I'm a noob who's play store crashes immediately. Recently I deleted chrome and play from system apps. After several days I deleted the recycle bin on my apk uninstall app now only way to get play to opening is to delete data. However as soon as I try to install/update it crashes. I have uninstalled and tried several play stores without success
Anyone have this problem?


If possible will someone use apk extractor to extract apk for play from non updated bloatware store from rikomagic 4.1.1 and post link? Thank you for your time.
Logging out google account then rebooting ad logging in gets store running then crashes as solo as you try to update

I would just flash again...probably the easiest way to get it back working. You can flash just the system and not loose anything if you have the correct parameter file.

Im not able to access PC with admin rights to insall new hardware need apk.

play store crash

Crash. Solved. By copying new vendor.apk file to device>system>app rebooting then install .apk from SD play. Store functions and original outdated play store is gone
