Took the stock rom. Removed all the crap apps. update all the apps except 2. KK launcher. As soon as you update the 2 apps KK launcher will work. Which allows the OK Google feature if you have a mic attached. Init.d. Patched to 1080. Vsync fix applied. 5gig of app space. Recommend SPMC for perfect 1080 playback. You can get it in the play store

I'm quite happy with vectorlinux/Magnus33 rom, so I don't know if I'll install this rom, anyway, it's very pleasant to have more new choices.

Because I tested it a week ago to make sure that Netflix works without video/audio sync issues.
All current KitKat ROMs have this issue on my mk908ii.

Its 720 but I took the beta stock kitkkat that wouldnt boot and i only tested for a minuteI don't remember any out of sync issues. it's in the CX 919ii. if you can help me find a Kit Kat kernel that has been patched 1080 I can probably patch that one to 1080

The strange thing is that no one else experience the same issue with their mk908ii. Probably mine has something different. I bought it two months ago from geekbuying.

Im new to the 3188 scene. I found the general area to change to 1080 in the kernel but it will take me a while to do it. I have never worked with a disassembler before. Just have to figure out the bytes to change.

Which one ? I thought that the ROM in this thread is 4.2 not KitKat.
