Help to root or change default launcher on Baidu Tv stick 3S ----S802

Hi guys,

I have bought a Baidu TV stick 3S which is also S802 cpu android 4.4 (but many features removed).

Also, I've tried to root using finless Ez root zip file (http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...-ROM-quot-ROMs) in the stock recovery using usb pendrive but received Error Failed-to-verify-whole-file-signature. This device does not have SD card slot . Can someone help?

Though, the only reason i need root currently is that the default Baidu launcher is forced locked and unchangeable by any app after a forced/auto OTA update. The Baidu launcher will always be used. The OTA files can be found at http://yingbang.baidu.com/upgrade_3s.html . Anyone know if root will allow default launcher to be changed maybe after some tweaked files?

Did you try towelroot? Sometimes it works on tvbox/tvstick. www.towelroot.com

Just tried, can't work. The written kernel date is Nov so it must have been patched.
