UG007 is the upgrade version for UG802, from the same factory, but it will come with the Android 4.1.1 OS, and will build in bluetooth function.

first of all thx for being a seller that at least seems to care about the products you're selling. that doesnt seem to be the case with most china gadget dealers...

and here come the big BUT: seriously who can still trust in a manufacturer whos product was realeased not even 2 months ago and who doesnt seem to give a s**t about that 8 weeks old device with all its flaws and bugs!? rushing out one unstable device after another? who cares about having a maybe half working bluetooth when not even the simpliest task of playing a movie can be done on this piece of plastic???
i know you're only selling the gear but all future customers should be warned about the fact that instead fixing the already released hardware for a minimum of usage they are still pushing new gear with same and/or new bugs. at least i have already lost faith in that manufacturer, even i know there should be a new firmware for ug802 "soon", which i strongly doubt will fix any issue besides having a new android base and maybe new bugs. teach me better ugoos!!!

yes, i understand your feeling, when we get the sample, we will test the wifi strongly,and compare with other device. factory told us they already fix the wifi problem in this new ug007, we will see when we get it, if it still has wifi problem, we won't sell it.

frankly speaking, in these half month ,there will be a lot of dual core tv box with bluetooth coming in market, we will pick up the best one,and give the best deal.

as i already said, next device i most likely will get with you. but wifi is only one problem amongst alot more. most annoying is having a media device which cant even handle video - no matter which file type of. thats simply incredible? i mean how did they design that stick? did they ever switch it on? did they ever play one single media file on it? everybody noticed right from the start of playing the first video file, that audio/video sync was way off... how can one sell such device as the new big player in media world without getting the basics done and not even fixing them before releasing already the next gen? ;-)

We can guess they want us to buy a new stick because the previous they made doesn't work correctly, so instead of fixing it, they want to make more money.

Hope they release some working ROM for the UG802 before releasing a new product.

If I buy during pre-sale, and then you test the device and you find the same bugs (or new ones), you will warn me and you will cancel the sale? So, you will test it before October 30? When? Thanks!!!

I agree will the statements above about quality control. My BIGGEST gripe is the ******* Audio does not play in "SYNC " with any Videos. Does the manufacturer even know what this means? This is a HUGH, I repeat HUGH mistake/****up/flaw. Their is no way I will buy any future mini pc dongle. This flaw must be address and fixed on UG802 and the MK808. You might as well add the UG007. What the hell would you guys do if every buyer demanded a refund? Ask that question to your suppliers next time you have a chat. They probably didn't even bother to fix the A/V sync with this new and "improved"? dongel. Hell we should get a UG007 for free as replacements to our dysfunctional and forgotten 2 week old units.

The other issue being wifi. Internal wifi on these devices is a joke. Dual and tripple or quad antennas are not the answer. They need an external antenna for a clean signal. This should be a simple fix at the testing phase of these devices. IF this company was based in america like a cell phone company maker, we would have a class action law suit. Slam dunk. But in china, nada we make new model. More money wasted.

The UG802 is a piece of shit as long as nobody is able to make a ROM with A/V-Sync. I really will not buy a new, "faster, harder, lower" stick. It's not car-tuning. I want a working device with support. So sorry, I think I've lost money with the UG802 and will wait until somebody tests and declares that a device is fully working. Before that: no new buying. Your fail, geekbuying.

True story. The UG802 was my first and last product I ordered directly from China. For the future I will just choose "local/european" stores, just to be sure I can send such a crappy device back. If it would be cheaper to reclaim back to china, they wouldn't produce such a unfinished shit, but for such a low price they can be sure that from 100 or even 1000 sold items, maybe just one will go back to them for a refund and so they continue their policy of just fload the market with untested crap.

Well just to point out. You really cant blame geekbuying as they are not the manufacturer. Ugoos is to blame for issues with the ROM or unit. Geekbuying is a reseller but they do have contact with ugoos obviously. They can complain and twist arms representing customer complaints but if ugoos doesnt fix it, then you should be stating you would not buy a ugoos product again no matter who sells is.

I think these TV sticks are very new items and obviously have not been well tested before going to market. But this happens all the time with "new gadgets" lately
Heck I am still pissed off that I bought a Arnova 10 G2 tablet and 2 months later all support of any kind by Arnova was gone! What do they do? Come out with a Arnova 10 G3 which really is almost the same damn device with a updated OS. Seems we gadget buyers are TESTERS for the first of gadgets like this.

It is clear to me manufacturers of gadgets from China have 1 goal. Revenue NOT COST! e.g. Make a product, sell it and move on to the next product. Support is a COST and a hit to revenue/profit. I think they see no use for it because the "next model" is already being developed and will be ready in 2 months!
As long as people "keep buying" then the manufacturers will keep using this policy!
If ugoos came out with a grand slam product tomorrow that everyone wanted, this noise about the ug802 would be dead in a month.

So to some extent they are moving with the market and we can somewhat only blame ourselves for continued buying and not demanding better support. It's like the war on drugs... Foolish! As long as there is a demand, the product will flow!

If ugoos came out with a grand slam product tomorrow that everyone wanted, this noise about the ug802 would be dead in a month.

That's exact what I mean. But geekbuying is able to tell the anger they read here to ugoos. And I will not buy any newer device for myself from ugoos until they give me a better ROM for my UG802.

BTW: I am really appreciate that you are working on a solution for that device!
