there is no access to recovery mode
after presing the butten

Is there a way to install a new ROM?

~~Using a windows PC~~
I started by formatting my SD card with this tool:

(Run the sdflashcard.exe with administrator permissions, in the drop down select you SD card, tick the box and hit the button, format the card, then hit the ok button twice)
* my card was giving me errors, so upon inspection, I found that my micro sd card adapter was set in the lock position, keep that in mind if you have errors!

Once the card was complete, I loaded the files from the android revert found here:

I followed ONLY the following portion of the read me in the revert file:

1- Place the following files on sdcard (NOT USB)
- mx_autoscript
- factory_update_param.aml
- Revert.STV
- spi_MX.bin
- uImage_recovery
- update_Jynxbox_M6_20131105.img

2.Insert SD card into the box, don't use USB disk.

At this point, instead of plugging in the power supply to power on the box, I held the upgrade button, and plugged a serial USB bridge cable from my PC to one of the USB ports on the M6

After holding the button for about 10 seconds, the android popped up on the screen and started the flash process.

Upon restart, the system had been restored.
