Audio Sync issue fixed?

sync in all programs like oem movie player are fixed since i hooked a optical out of my tv to my amp now i get 5.1 in sync and surround sound

i'm quite sure his tv or av has a sync delay feature... like mine. but thats not the solution for the real prob.

audio issues with sync

ok it didn't fix it perfectly its 98% better though i have digital sound receiver and it doesn't have hdmi so i could not hook my ug802 in to it so i have been using the tv speakers with bad sync issues but i was going to buy a hdmi to optical/hdmi converter so i could send sound to my digital sound receiver and i found i had optical out on my tv so i hooked a spare toslink cable and it fixed my sync issue i was so happy!!!! i thought that it would be even more lag on audio but it corrected it so maybe they want every one to use 5.1 surround with the ug802!!! in games too all sound is almost perfect timing! i have watched 2 movies (mkv 1080p) voice just after mouth starts moving only imdb app (movie trailers) showed a slight delay in audio! it also was the most out of sync before i hooked to digital sound receiver (Logitech thx 505 rms audio receiver) and played snes emulator with jump sounds at the right time when i hit the button on my Logitech rumble pad controller!

what works perfectly now
all emulators for games death trigger, oem video player, you tube, film-on, flash player on browser (it didn't have bad sync before) the bs player i took the 200ms sync back to 0ms and its syncing too)

now i know why ugoos emailed me and said my 2 units must be defective as they did not experience delay in audio now i don't either they must have it hooked to a surround system!

i wonder if the issue with sound delay is only in tv speakers

if i turn up tv speakers i can hear the delay (very noticable) at the same time as perfect sync on surround system

did any one els try hooking up to digital amp reciver to fix delay? or is the delay only on your sound system and sync at tv speakers?

i would hate to think they adjust sound at factory and now my tv speakers sync and my 5.1 surround sound system audio to early!!!
