I can confirm, skype on MK808 works very well for me. I'm using Creative web cam (http://en.store.creative.com/web-cam...218-20164.aspx) connected to MK808 by USB hub (http://www.hama.com/00039686/hama-us...-powered-black).

Are you also able to use voice search by using the built in microphone?

Well, it depends. Sound Recorder works OK. It records my voice and I can play it later. But the voice search feature doesn't work. Application can hear what I'm saying, turning it into text and then it crashes. I found a topic (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...php?p=33573430) that says Google broke something in the application. I'll try to work on this later this week.

When I made the ug802 1.6 ROM there was an update from google for voice search! So they just yesterday sent out an update. The APK is called velvet.apk in /system/app. When you get the update it will be in /data/app and called googlevoicesearch-1.apk

Anyway I included that new update in my 1.6 ROM.

Thanks for the hint Bob. Voice search works almost perfectly now. Mic sensitivity in Google Search is quite low, but I can deal with it. The best thing is Skype doesn't have this problem.

When I made the ug802 1.6 ROM there was an update from google for voice search! So they just yesterday sent out an update. The APK is called velvet.apk in /system/app. When you get the update it will be in /data/app and called googlevoicesearch-1.apk

Anyway I included that new update in my 1.6 ROM.
