Hello.
I have an Rk3188 tv box, i want to put dual boot linux on it.
I am unable to get the device recognized in flash mode, or mass storage mode.
I did install the drivers.
While in media device, windows 7 says it is Android Phone.
While in recovery mode(i presume flash mode) it says it is Class for rockusb devices -> rockusb device
BUT the device image has a little question mark on it. NOT triangle, just a white question mark.
i tried with driver versions 3.0, 3.50, 3.70.
As RKAndroid tool or RK Batch tool do not recognize the device.
I tried with USB debugging ENABLED and DISABLED, it made no difference. I tried to reboot bootloader from device directly, it was not detected. While in mass storage i cannot access the device.
If it is in media transfer state, and has usb debugging enabled, no device shows in adb devices.
Any other things i could try?
My model is a CYX_CS918 v2.3 20140510.
