Location of the SYSTEM spelling check dictionaries?

The screwed up spell check on my 702c is driving me up the wall. I know it's not an ICS problem, if only because cm9 on this tablet didn't insist on flagging every word as misspelled. The problem is that I can't figure out where the spelling check dictionaries live.

Can someone give me a clue?

Don't remember off the top of my head, but over in the cube section I've posted a fix for this for the cube mini

I've tried searching the whole forum for your post... No joy. Maybe I am being blind.

That worked perfectly! I now get accurate results! Now I can let my dyslexic daughter use the tablet to enter text and be able to use the spelling checker.

So, to get this looking clean on the v2 stock, I had to do a few things:
          1) adb remount or mount -o rw,remount in a shell session to make /system writable
          2) adb push the 2 apps in that zip (LatinImeGoogle.apk. and LatinImeDictionary.apk) to /system/app
          3) reboot and change the input provider to something other than either of of the 2 "Android Keyboard" providers (install a third party keyboard like swiftkey tablet trial)
          4) change the spell check to the SECOND Android spell checker option.
          5) remove /system/app/LatinIme.apk
          6) reboot. At this time you can remove the third party keyboard if you like the standard one (I don't, so I currently use Thumb Keyboard 4, which was an Amazon.free app of the day a long time ago.)

Just wiped the tablet with a factory reset, so now I get to put the android market and the amazon appstore back. Then I'm going to make a nandroid backup so I don't have to do this again. (Praise be to William for the clockwork mod recovery in his cm9 / cm10 thread)

You can do this without the third keyboard. When I first used it I added the new files, restarted then went to settings and selected the second keyboard rather than the first. I then removed the original.

You could probably be even quicker by pushing the new files and then delete the original, maybe by adb, then reboot.
